How customer feedback has changed Gluten Free Hampers

Stunning view from Killearn in Scotland

This may have been Diane’s view on the way into work this morning, but our team knows that the gifts we create every day make a huge difference around the world.

How? Because you tell us online and on the phone, and we are very grateful you do.

Listening to your feedback has enabled us to become more responsive and better value. We’ve learned what you need, what you’d like and how we can improve. Customer feedback has recently changed Gluten Free Hampers in three key ways and we’d like you to take a look if you have a moment:

Cheaper delivery costs  delivery

“…Excellent product and service arriving in time as requested for my husband’s
birthday. The downside delivery costs very expensive”

The food and drink in our hampers are chosen because they are gluten free, but also because they are fresh, healthy – sometimes a little naughty too – and they taste great.  Preserving these tastes and textures means a quick, reliable delivery service is essential. Fortunately, as a result of our continued growth, we’ve been able to renegotiate our delivery costs in the UK and Europe and passed these savings back to you.

More top quality gluten free and gourmet healthy foods

I emailed glutenfreehampers.co.uk about the ingredients in a product & the service I received was so sympathetic & caring, I was blown away. The hamper was amazing and the service was personal & first class. Highly recommended, I will be a repeat customer. Thank you so much for being so considerate & ensuring that my mother had a beautiful & appropriate gift after she returned from hospital. 17/05/2016

Only the tastiest gluten free food and drink makes it into our gift hampers. They must appeal to at least one of the six senses – eyes, ears, smell, taste, touch and … joy (each hamper is a gift after all!)

That’s why we look to the producers who develop their foods in close partnership with gluten free groups and nutritionists.

Take Glebe Farm, for instance, the only farm in the UK growing and processing gluten free oats into porridge flakes and oat flour. Rebecca Rayner, who runs the farm with her brother Philip came up with the idea to grow gluten free oats after being asked for gluten free foods at her farmer’s market stall. They now have a designated processing unit, which includes stringent testing, so coeliacs and those choosing a gluten-free diet can eat their porridge oats, muesli, cake and bread mixes with confidence. They taste great too.

If you’ve time, why not take a look at Glebe’s Farms Oat Story and here are some examples of the products we’re delighted to source from Glebe Farm.

It’s easier to talk to someone telephone

The hamper was exactly what I wanted as a gift for my husband. He was delighted with the hamper itself and the products inside. I was contacted by the company regarding the order and the member of staff was really helpful on the phone. Joy B., Hull 05/08/2016

We love a good blether, but sometimes during our busiest times, we’ve not been able to pick up the telephone as quickly as we would have liked. This year we have added new dedicated phone lines so talking to us is much easier, even during our busiest times.

Our new (multi-line) telephone number is +44 (01360) 504252
We are listening

Your feedback has helped us so much this year, and we are always interested to hear how you found our service. Please keep in touch.

Thanks,

Lee
